Welcome to Zenvi! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zenvi mobile application ("App" or "Service") operated by [Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our").

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Zenvi is a productivity application designed to help users manage digital distractions through intelligent app blocking and mindful challenges. The App integrates with Apple's Screen Time framework to provide:

  • • Intelligent barriers (memory games, math challenges, QR code scanning, step counting, and quizzes)
  • • Focus session management
  • • Usage analytics and insights
  • • Custom scheduling features

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenvi. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may use certain features of Zenvi without creating an account
  • Premium features require account registration and subscription

3.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information during registration
  • • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • • Use the App only for its intended purpose
  • • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

4.1 Free and Premium Services

Zenvi Pro

  • • Unlimited app blocking
  • • All barrier types
  • • AI-powered features
  • • Custom schedules
  • • Advanced analytics

4.2 Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

4.3 Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a free trial of Zenvi Pro
  • You will be charged when the free trial expires unless you cancel before the trial period ends

5. SCREEN TIME INTEGRATION

5.1 Permissions

Zenvi requires Screen Time permissions to function properly. You understand that:

  • Granting Screen Time permission allows the App to block and unblock selected applications
  • Screen Time data is processed locally on your device
  • We do not have access to your detailed app usage data

5.2 Limitations

  • App blocking functionality depends on Apple's Screen Time framework
  • We cannot guarantee perfect blocking due to iOS system limitations
  • Some system apps and features may not be blockable

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use Zenvi to:

  • Circumvent parental controls or organizational policies without authorization
  • Interfere with the normal operation of iOS or other apps
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
