Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-21
Who you're agreeing with
These terms are between you and Zenvi (the makers of the iPhone app available on the App Store at apps.apple.com/app/zenvi-reduce-screen-time). Installing or using the Zenvi app or this website means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use Zenvi.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Zenvi on iPhones you own or control, for your own use. The license ends if you stop using the app or breach these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Don't use Zenvi to block, control, or surveil another person's phone without their consent.
- Don't use Zenvi for any unlawful purpose, or to evade Screen Time controls put in place by a parent, guardian, or employer who manages your device.
- Don't resell access to Zenvi or use it to provide a competing service.
- Keep your Apple ID secure — it's how Zenvi knows you have Pro.
Subscriptions and billing
Zenvi has a free tier with real value (unlimited app blocking, up to 2 rules, 5+ challenge types). Pro unlocks the full feature set for $1.67/month billed annually ($20/year) or $3/month billed monthly, subject to Apple's currency conversion and regional pricing.
All subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card. To cancel: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zenvi → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at Apple's discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing in effect at the time of renewal applies.
Service availability
We make a best effort to keep Zenvi working as described, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. iOS, Screen Time API behavior, and App Store policies are controlled by Apple and may change without notice. Some features (camera-based fitness reps, AI photo verification) depend on your device's hardware. If a feature breaks, we'll fix it as quickly as we reasonably can.
No warranty
Zenvi is provided as is, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise that Zenvi will reduce your screen time, fix your habits, treat ADHD, or any other specific outcome. Zenvi is a friction tool, not a medical device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvi and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the app or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection laws give you rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page, with an updated date at the top. Continued use of Zenvi after an update means you accept the new terms.
